| Short Synopsis: |
Throughout, we wanted to stay faithful to the film’s feeling. We saw this film as a colorful mosaic, incorporating different styles and looks of the 70s. For that sense of fun and beauty, we’ve created a dynamic visual style which moves with the story and the sounds. The look is cinematic and refined, in the spirit of 60’s and 70’s cinema. We also used all the tropes, techniques and camera moves from movie trailers of that era... dolly moves, crash zooms, slow zooms, whip pans, extreme close-ups. The idea being to use this golden-era Hollywood DNA, and place it at the heart of our modern day Parisian playground. |
