Submissions & Judging
With every edition, Berlin Fashion Film Festival showcases exceptional film productions to key decision-makers in advertising, fashion, and film through screenings, online promotion, and collaborative platforms, culminating in an awards ceremony honoring outstanding work. All submitted films must not exceed 12 minutes in length, in consideration of screening schedules and the jury evaluation process.
Judging proceeds in three stages: the Official Selection (the initial recognition of entries post-submission); a more refined Shortlist (the second level) drawn from these as final selection for jury voting; and finally, the Winners, selected by an international jury. This structured process ensures a thorough evaluation given the volume of submissions.
