‘Closer Away’ — a 4:17-minute video piece shot on 16mm, that explores themes of belonging and acceptance. Through the protagonist, the audience is immersed in an abstract chase of a glowing sphere, which ultimately transforms into the protagonist herself. This work conveys that everything we seek is within us, whether it be a bright flame or a faint glow. |
