Short Synopsis: |
This short film tells the story of Aphrodite, a goddess from another universe, who emerges from the froth of the sea. As she explores her new surroundings and the locals in their natural habitat, her journey becomes a metaphor for the search for belonging and the feeling of not knowing where home truly is, capturing the sense of alienation from the place where one was born and raised. Eventually, Aphrodite realises that home is not a physical place or a sense of fitting in, but rather something she carries within herself, in her memories, wherever she goes. |
