| Short Synopsis: | Location: Kyiv, Ukraine Date: 02-01-2023 Conceptually the plan consist on intervene a public space “the metro station” in a peacefull way showing a fashion collection developed all in white as a sign of peace, regarding the knowledge actual situation started last February 2021 in Ukraine. ID: To interact with the local community democratising Fashion Design and Contemporary Art and putting on the table the actual situation and proclaiming the peace against the Russian invasion over Ukraine. The performance art piece will welcome locals using the metro station and reacting with the scene happening, talking part of it. Models will be dressed up and make up done at backstage set studio. Next, all disciplines in the stage will start writing inscriptions expressing themselves in times of war right on the white collection clothes, anywhere, everywhere, ideally in Ukrainian language but not mandatory. The shoot and film start right as soon as all crew at studio, process is the most important part in this project. Regarding how the vibes and following them we all together decide if possible to go out to public space and shoot at metro station and or inside train. If this the case Models will follow steps; The line up will arrive at station all together and take the metro, which is one station before the intervention gonna happen, and will leave train in the next station starting the runway till the main hall way, where white carpet will be placed . No such a logistic neccesary but as a normal morning behaviour on the way to their individual jobs, the performers dressed up inside metro station in a catwalk mode. Where photographers and filmmakers capting every scene and the interaction and reaction from the locals who usually take public transport at that time. After a runway on main hall, models will run back to take next train and peacefully leave the station. At this moment is consider the intervention fashion runway done. Even though is not the best moment to this kinda stuff, but the artist believe hard that is a little way to start getting back the value of the city Kyiv again and attract people to get to know the culture of the country. |
